From the very beginning, it was evident that Allison and Joseph’s NYT’s featured wedding would be a reflection of their free-spirited nature making the Playa Largo Resort the perfect venue. They are a dynamic duo who share a passion for adventure, and having a great time with family and friends. As they entrusted us with their special day, we knew we had the responsibility to tell their story in authentically.
Before the ceremony, the couple opted for a first look session which you know we are huge fans of! It allowed us to capture their raw emotions and love. The resort’s picturesque surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for their portraits, creating stunning images that showcased their love amidst the lush beauty of the venue.
The beach ceremony was simply divine, with a rabbi presiding over the heartfelt exchange of vows under a chuppah adorned with elegant white roses by Julia Rohdes Design. The joy and love in Allison and Joseph’s eyes were truly palpable.
The reception was a sight to behold, nestled under the twinkling stars and warm bistro lighting and music by Rock With U with their Fusion band. The tastefully chosen decor of chinoiserie table linens, daisy flowers in terracotta pots, and zesty lemons created a charming and relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complemented the couple’s vision lead by Island Life Events design.
Throughout the day, Allison and Joseph put their trust in us to be not just photographers, but artists, capturing the essence of their love story with a touch of creativity. Welcome Party
When having a destination wedding, you absolutely should consider having the welcome party or dinner documented. We were fortunate enough to join them for theirs meeting their close family members and taking additional portraits helped us form a strong bond with the couple, setting the stage for a seamless and enjoyable wedding day.
